Since our firm was established in August of 2007, we have based our practice on the previous experience of our attorneys. Danny Philpott is a former Volusia County prosecutor and Scott Sawtelle is a former Seminole and Volusia County public defender and private criminal defense attorney. Both lawyers are experienced criminal trial attorneys who defend the rights and interests of clients charged with criminal offenses.
